We work with numerous partners to make sure relevant ads are available for players. However, sometimes ads will not be available for the following reasons:

• You have a slow or unreliable internet connection
• You have watched the maximum number of ads for that day
• Our advertising partners do not have any advertisers to fullfill the request
• You're connected to a VPN
• Your internet connection has content filters (i.e. ad blockers)
