The most common cause for not getting rewards is if the ad was closed prematurely. Most adverts will have a timer that reveals a close button, but you may be able to close the advert before it's finished counting down. Doing so will unfortunately stop you from getting your reward.

You will need to provide your User ID and where possible, the following information:
- The date and time you saw the ad
- The name of the product being advertised
- A screenshot or video recording, if possible, of the ad
