In rare circumstances, you may encounter an issue trying to purchase anything in the game, resulting in the error messages below.
The error message is found in the Purchase Failed pop-up (pic below).
In the event of these error messages, please check the following and try again:
- Please make sure the device time is correct (set it to automatic)
- Check that you have a stable internet connection, ideally Wi-Fi
- Check and verify your payment information with your payment provider and Google Wallet or Apple Pay
In the event of getting the error message SignatureInvalid, please do the following:
- On iOS, go to Settings:
- Tap on your Apple ID
- Sign out
- Then go and sign back in.
This should solve the issue.
- On Android, go to Play Store
- Tap on your icon (top right)
- Tap on the small arrow pointing downwards next to your email address
- Tap Manage Accounts on this device
- Select your email address
- Remove account.
- Then go and sign back in.
This should solve the issue.
If you continue to receive this error message, please report it to the Support Team.
You will need to provide your User ID and, where possible, the following information:
- The date and time you tried to make a purchase
- The item that you were trying to purchase
