However, as there are a wide range of phones and tablets with different settings and capabilities, unexpected errors and crashes may occur in rare circumstances.
As the ads that shown in the game changes from day-to-day, it can be difficult to pinpoint the culprit, so any additional information you can send us can really help. To help us pin down the underlying issue, please contact our Support Team.
You will need to provide your User ID and where possible, the following information:
- The date and time you saw the ad
- The name of the product being advertised
- A screenshot or video recording, if possible, of the ad
