If you're having issues downloading the content, try the following:

  1. Make sure have a good internet connection. We recommend using Wi-Fi rather than mobile data
  2. Make sure you have a strong signal. If you're on Wi-Fi, move to a room close to the router. If you're on mobile data, make sure your signal is strong (full bars)
  3. Try using a different Wi-Fi and turn off any VPNs
  4. Try restarting your device
  5. Make sure you've updated to the latest version of the game.
