After progressing through the game, you may be asked to download the latest narrative content.
If you're having issues downloading the content, try the following:
- Make sure have a good internet connection. We recommend using Wi-Fi rather than mobile data
- Make sure you have a strong signal. If you're on Wi-Fi, move to a room close to the router. If you're on mobile data, make sure your signal is strong (full bars)
- Try using a different Wi-Fi and turn off any VPNs
- Try restarting your device
- Make sure you've updated to the latest version of the game.
