Some players may experience a rare and frustrating bug that can occur when updating the game on iOS devices, including the iPhone and iPad. To fix this - and to get back to the fun - just follow these quick steps:

  1. On your device, go to Settings and then General 

  2. Tap on iPad/iPhone Storage

  3. Next, tap on Longleaf Valley

  4. Tap on Offload App - Make sure not to tap 'Delete App' as this will delete your progress and we won't be able to restore it for you

  5. Then reinstall Longleaf Valley from the App Store
