This issue is currently being investigated

Some players may experience a rare and frustrating bug where art from the habitat is missing and some (or all) of the screen appears blue. 

While we're still investigating the cause, if you're on an iOS device you can try the following steps:

On an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  1. On your device, go to Settings and then General

  2. Tap on iPad/iPhone Storage

  3. Next, tap on Longleaf Valley

  4. Tap on Offload App - Make sure not to tap 'Delete App' as this will delete your progress permanently and we currently can't restore it for you

  5.  Then reinstall Longleaf Valley from the App Store
    Make sure not to tap 'Delete App' as this will delete your progress
