Sometimes we may ask for your Transaction ID or Order ID, to help us identify and solve problems relating to your purchase.

On an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

To find your Order ID on your, take the following steps:

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases

  3. Tap View Account. You may be asked to sign in

  4. Tap Purchase History

  5. The oOrder ID is the long series of digits on the right of the transaction

Alternatively,

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password

  3. A list of your recent purchases will appear

On an Android Phone or Tablet

To find your Transaction ID, take the following steps:

  1. Go to pay.google.com

  2. Find and tap the Activity tab

  3. Select an order to see your receipt

  4. Locate the TRANSACTION ID row at the bottom of the Transaction details menu of your purchase
