To request a refund on the Apple App Store, follow these instructions:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Click 'I'd like to' then choose 'Request a refund'
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
- Choose the item, then choose Submit

To request a refund on the Google Play Store, follow these instructions:
