The backpack (or inventory) is used to store any items you want to move out of your merge board. You may wish to place any high-level items in storage for safe keeping.

To use the backpack:

• Drag an item from the board to the backpack icon (in the bottom left corner of the screen).
• To move an item back to the board, just tap the item in the backpack.
• You must have a free space on your merge board in order to move an item out of the backpack.

You can store anything in the backpack, as long as it's not on a 'cooldown'. Exhausted producers must be kept on the merge board to refresh.

You'll begin with 5 slots, but they can be expanded by collecting materials; blueprints, canvas and buckles.
